About Siglinde

Siglinde is a registered Nurse, Midwife and has qualifications in Maternal and Child Health.
She’s a professional with extensive experience in education, both academic and clinical — specifically in providing support for nurses.

She also has experience working with marginalised groups in the health and development space.

As a nursing professional she has worked alongside the
community sector, focusing on a social model of health and a
deep commitment to reflective practice and relational support to families.

Siglinde developed Steps in Education to provide learning and reflective tools that transform knowledge to help individuals and groups to become more thoughtful, intentional and confident in
their practice.

So Glad You're Here

In child health and early years practice, knowledge is not enough. It’s not what we know that transforms practice. Instead, it’s when knowledge meets who we are within our practice.

Steps in Education is a reflective learning space, designed for anyone who wants to deepen their thinking and strengthen
their voice in their everyday work. This space is not content for ticking boxes or compliance. Instead, this learning invites you
to Pause, Notice and Grow.
